Some pretty impressive numbers, especially from the Porsche.

Here's a test Road & Track did a while back;

The 911 turbo has the X50 power package with 450hp. Even so, its amazing how fast the rear-engined Porsches are.

Another thing to notice is, the Ford GT would kill the S7, its over a second faster...

And some various cars Road & Track had tested over the years, and of course, lots of Porsche 911 turbos

Is this recent?

They've did one with 3 pages worth of cars a while back including the majority of the recent supercars.

Just by looking at the cars in the test it seems newer than the last one with all the super-cars.

That's this weeks Autocar (just got mine in the post).

Can I just point out something... can everyone just see how high up the E60 M5 is... about 5 spots higher than the Porsche?

I noticed...

We just need to wait and see what a 500hp 911 will do.

If it's any constellation look at the 'old' 450bhp 911 get a much better time than the M5. Subjective of course

I wonder how big difference it is between M5 and M6. M6 should be better. But I must say its an impressive time for the M5. Its a big heavy car dont forget that.
But Autocar also said that after the end of the day, the brakes started to be tired or fading. In the Porsche you could continue 24h/7 days, at least that what they felt

Once again, great time for the M5

Ps I missed the F430 in this test...

So that list in the beginning is the most new one? I just read about some 0-100-0 with Ferrari Enzo being second fastest after Caterham R500.
I don't think they were able to acquire an Enzo for this test. Nor a Carrera GT, or a MacMerc.
