you have a Crown Victoria with a huge engine bay and the money and the effort so what do you do? Drop a 6.8l Triton V10 in it thats what you do!

Somehow I imagine that is what Ford thought their Mercury Marauder was when it launched - but sadly it wasn't

First off, who knew they actually had Crown Vic meets? Not sure why he didn't do the smart and easy thing and drop a cobra motor in it, it has more potential dispite the smaller displacement. I guess it's just one of those, "do it just because you can"

I don't think the guy could afford a Cobra engine, A cobra engine is problaly cost more than a new Crown Vic. And thers prob. Geo Metro meets man.

Not really - it makes a great autobahn blaster.
I used to love long distance cruising in my Lincoln Towncar - 120mph bouncing off the speed governor floating along the freeway and just eating up the miles - feeling like you are on your living room couch.
That car handled like a land yacht - it's all in where you use it.
