No...it's a 3-rotor, the number in the designation of each rotary engine is a characterization of its displacement. Hence, the RX7's engine was a 13B (1.3L). The 20B (2.0L) was available in the Eunos Cosmo in Japan in the '80's and early '90's. Each rotary chamber is a bit under 700cc, so if you think about it when you have a two-rotor you get around 1.3L, for a 3 rotor, you get about 2.0L, and for a 4-rotor (which as yet has only been available in the Mazda LM cars, or as an aftermarket concoction) would be a 2.6L.

Thanks Vansquish, very educational.
Another question, does anyone know what Mazda rotary car had the Dynamic Supercharging System, and how much psi does it produce?

A Dynamic Supercharging System doesn't use a Turbo or Supercharger, this is something unique of the wankel motor. It uses pressure waves generated inside the intake tracts by the sudden opening and closing of the ports using a Dynamic Chamber.
More info here: http://www.mazda.com/history/rotary/e3-1.html
But still, does anyone know what Mazda rotary car had the Dynamic Supercharging System, and how much psi does it produce?
