Default Dealer/Motor Show (F612, DB9, Ford GT, 250GT Lusso, F1..)

Today the Perth Motor Show started and I was there for the opening hoping I could get some pics before 1000 people start surrounding each car Unfortunately the show disappointed me again, as not many new or upcoming models were there and some manufacturers (e.g. Mercedes) didn't even show :x
There were a few Ferrari's and Lambos but the exact ones I had already taken pics of elsewhere so I didn't bother....heres what I did take:

The fastest car at the show - 2004 BAR Honda F1 car

Ferrari 250GT Lusso, forced into a corner so only one pic This is one of only 23 RHD examples built I believe

Ford GT - the star of the show for me

Maserati 3500GT Spyder

Bentley Arnage R by Mulliner.....very nice

Continental GT also fettled with by Mulliner

997 Carrera....they could have at least displayed the 'S' or the new Cabrio's :x

Subaru Evo 8 Club Spec WRX....had to take a pic

and finally one of the V8 Supercars

A few cars from the local dealership, unfortunately as usual the strong sunight coming in made it difficult to take pictures from some angles L Here they are anyway:

Ferrari 612 Scaglietti, it’s the first one I have seen anywhere since they have only sold 2 in Perth and they haven’t had any on display in the showroom up until now As quite a few people here have said they look A LOT better in person then the pictures

Quattroporte:

DB7 Vantage:

DB9 - in my favourite colour for it

Dang, the dealerships pics beat the Motorshow one! Used to Geneva's motorshow, it seems so strange

thanks for the pics! I love the DB9

well the F612, DB9 and Q'porte were also at the motorshow so I didn't bother taking pics of them there again. If its actually possible they seemed even more cramped at the show so taking good pics of them was impossible

very nice dealership pictures, dingo, I like them

too bad the show was not that good...
the FordGT was much better placed than in Geneva.
The ContiGT is my fav.

Nice dealership pics. The strong light from the outside really is a problem a lot of dealerships have. Though the pics are great, especially this one:

The motorsho didn't seem to be that good. But the Bentley Arnage R Mulliner is nice and the GT is placed in a far better stop as in Geneva, as stmoritzer said.

In the Ferrari dealership: "I'll have a F430 as starter and the 612 Bolognese as main course, and for desert the Enzo would be fine"

Too bad the Lusso was tucked away in a corner... That does not do justice to that gorgeous car! One of my favourite Ferraris.

The Maserati looks great too!

Needless to say I liked the Ford GT, 612 and DB9 a lot as well.

WTF? Porsche only shows up with the standard carrera? Too bad

The Arnage R is sexy. I don't think there are any Bentley's in Slovenia.

I don't even know if I saw a bentley in my whole life

The dealership pics are cool. The DB7 side shot is very good.

Ah, the DB9, one of the best looking cars ever. I can't wait to see one in Slovenia.
I hear there are one or two driving around...

Thx for the pics! 8)

I just remembered that Audi also didn't have a stand....what a joke. The shows in the eastern states got the E60 M5, F430 and other 'new' cars and we get nothing - I think I need to make a complaint :x

thats suprising Apparently 10 Conti GT's have been sold in Perth this year and I have seen 3 (5 if you count the 2 at the show) of them, so only 7 to go

Well, I have to correct myself. I ment I have never seen any "olsdschool" bentleys. I've seen the conti GT a couple of times.

Hahaha, I wish! But you never know.

Today I just found out that I'll probably be going to the German F1 grand prix. ( Nurburgring )

I will have press acreditation and will be alowed to walk trough the pits and see all the col stuff.

I can't wait. I'll be shaking hands like mad, asking questions and taking pics......

AWESOME!!!! That should be awesome fun, and of course the carpark will also be a nice place to see 'normal' (i.e. not F1) cars - take plenty of battery power and memory for your camera.
Maybe you could get an interview with Schumi and tell him all about JW - he might even become a member
