I dont think its real not bcuz of the hand writing, but because the grade was higher than it should have. I mean, to start with it was at most 2/3rds the size it should have (deleting the pictures and formatting correctly). That gives a 75% at best. Now take away all those points he got taken off (more than 20) and you get less than the 61 he obtained.
