Default Nov 13 - Houston - Pantera/Vipers(SRT10)/Vettes(C6)/Supras..

...and other working folks cars...

Enough with the Enzo's and CGT's already..

First a little C6 vs C5 show and tell. This is my buddies new C6 (you may remember his wicked Silver slammed C5-Z06 that sounded like Satan on steriods in the video of it idling)

I still don't like the C6 - GM lost the unique Vetteness with this one.. they tried too hard to make it look like something else.

It's a nice car - but it hasn't grown on me yet - and perhaps the performance of the C6-Z06 would let me look passed the ugly face..

Hey mister - I see where that small furry mammal you are trying to find is hiding..

Now an old vs new comparison of the Vette and Viper. Which one do you think does more justice to its predecessor? vette or viper?

The $115,000 beating (thats the price of the 911TT you would need to buy to beat this beast - although you would still lose ) 605bhp Pontiac 455ci HO GTO... In the flesh..
The ultimate sleeper..

Yep - thats a new genreation 455HO engine..

Hmm.. that's a GTO...

Whoa.!!! That DOES read 7.5l...

And yes - That Z06 in the refrlection idshaking in it's good years....

Another 455HO in the works..

Lineups

Vettes

Pantera

Vipers

SS's - old and new..

Challenger...

Evo...

350Z's...

Supras

More to follow as I get them up onto Imageshack.

I'm starting to like the new C6 but I prefer the C5 ass especially.

i see alot of the C5 in the C6. it looks like they only changed the front end and the ass. It just doesn't look as original as i hoped this generation would

I agree with you RC on this one.. the C6 is definitely less Vette and not as nice as the previous model. not so sure for the Viper.. I love the new one

I love the looks of the Camaro SS ... I saw the 1:32 slot version of it on Saturday and was sorely tempted to buy

I actually like the C6. It reminds me, and I know it's strange, of a Lotus Elise. The first time I saw it on the road, in June, I liked it. It seems so nimble. 8)
