Default Perth sightings (Maybach, DB7, M3’s, 911……)

I saw a Maybach 57 (sorry dani, no F40 unfortunately )….holy shit, was convinced there were none in WA (they cost around $900K and only 10 in Australia apparently, so a very rare sight)!!! It’s a shame the pics didn’t turn out very good, but I wasn’t really ready for it…..caught by surprise and in shock:

Aston Martin DB7, second I have seen on the road. The pic is pretty shitty but at least I managed to get the whole car in between the other traffic.

A few M3’s (traffic light got in the way on the second pic):

is this a real E36 M3, I’m no expert so how do you tell?

911 Carrera Cabrio, tough to get a good pic through the traffic:

993 targa:

Cayenne S:

850Ci:

745Li, not many of them here….mainly 735’s:

Subaru WRX, with a few mods:

Oettinger tuned VW (not sure if it’s the real thing or a ‘fake’):

I thought I would include this picture I took of the Perth skyline with a guy on a jet ski flying past (click for 1600x1200)

Hey nice sightings. Where I live the fall has come so there are very few cars that look good out on the street... maybe a porsche but that's it!

Nice sightings... last picture rules

LOL.....I did see one this week, but it was one I have already posted pics of. I really doubt I'll ever see an F40 though, not on the street anyway.

Woah thats a nice sighting for sure!! a maybach, thats huge.

That sure does look like a real e36 m3, My bro just got his one today - it can move

It has two different wheels though, both are from m3's.
Im pretty sure its a real e36 m3 cause of the badges going around the side, hes done a update on the front with clear indicators, has real front and rear m3's with original exhaust tip...so im guessing it is.

I have only even seen one f40 in my life, and i was driving the cruiser, it was parked on the strip at gold coast, man what a moment, i nearly ran into a parked car looking at that sexual red beast...hmmmmm....and me being the dick i am, forgot the camera!!!!! :x :x

Good one for the Maybach! Now you need to find it again for some more pics

As for the E36, yes I say genuine too, I just wonder why two different set of wheels

Perth's skyline is perfect as always!

I hope I will one day...but I think it might only come out on special occasions. I saw it this Tuesday which was Melbourne Cup day (Aust. biggest horse race) and pretty much is a big party for the whole country...so he probably just came out to show off.

A Maybach is always a very nice sighting. But I don't really like its silvergrey colour. It makes the Maybach look too characterless.

btw, that Perth skyline pic with the waterski action shot is really great. You should use it to make a poster of it!

Thats a good idea, I have the original picture in 2816x2120 resolution which should be enough to print it in A4 size.
