Actually there are more than one ringtaxi driver, but maybe you are thinking about Sabine Schmitz.

Yes, but that are old E39 M5's. Since there is a new E60 M5, they should begin delivering the new ones 
Besides, those Ring Taxi's need to be changed every 20.000 km. So since the E39 M5 isn't built anymore, this year there will certainly be a E60 M5 ring taxi.
