I disagree that it's an Audi rip-off. Only the rear light units remind me of Audi. But then again, they just as much remind me of the Saab 9-3 convertible.
If taken into production, this car could well be my favourite of its sort. As we all know the Focus' handling is terrific, so it would win that one against the 307 CC and the Megane CC. Plus, this car's design looks far better balanced and just plain pretttier than the other two. I say, build it!
Only one question mark though: Vignale?! Does Ford hold the rights to that name or something? It already whored out the name Ghia and now they're starting with Vignale?

I really don't see all those similarities you guys are seeing... 
Granted, it's in the same class as the VW concept, but I don't think it looks the same at all. I also think the Ford looks more classy, while the VW (its front end at least) looks more aggressive. Overall, the Ford looks better IMHO.
