Thanks for the pics....since i dont like the new BMW series shape except the new 5 series version, and im a big fan of the european sportive cars such as Ferrari, Porsche, the AMG versions of merc, the M division BMW cars.......for me the choice was very clear..... i loved the whole set of the pictures except the 6 series and the 7 series pics despite the magnificient quality of every pic; however, i loved specially the porsche 911 pics...the SC in this colour is awesome....BTW....I see very interesting to see what dinan means, although i guess that it must be some car tuner of some aspects of the car such as the suspension, engine...

If you were meaning what is a Dinan M5 then its an M5 tuned by a german tuning firm, funnily enough called DINAN. They alter various engine aspects (inlet trumpets, exhaust system and headers, chip etc) and get nearer to 500 bhp, im not sure on the figures, but i had a video of another red Dinan M5 vs a standard M5, and the outcome was pretty conclusive! The dinan pissed away!! Although the driver was far quicker at shifting and didnt sit on the limiter for a 5 minutes every shift like the std M5 driver!
I think the american spec M5's are less powerfull than the european specs due to tighter emmision regs, which may be why the dinan M5's are more common in america (it appears) cus ive never even seen pics of one in europe!?

I've never heard about this Dinan Version. And it's a bit weird because the car seems totaly stock, except of couse, the letters.

Oh, maybee the US spec cars also have 400 bhp, i was always under the impression that they didnt quite. The DINAN M5's usually have different rims too, but i guess this guy was happy with the standard ones.

I saw a Dinan M5 pic on m5board.com, I had never heard about it.
And the french E39 M5 also has 400 hp (that's the theory, the US version may be more powerful, that's right)
