Based on a Z3. I'd keep the Z3 as it was myself...

If there was never a 300SL in the past that they tried to compare the car to, I'd think the shape would hit me as pretty nice for a unique car (even if the rump of the car looks vaguely like some odd mix of a 60's Triumph and Jaguar).

Compared to, say, a 58 SL, it makes this car look a bit 'pieced together' - not quite sleek enough. It just doesn't seem quite right connecting this car to the 300SLs.

Certainly a very unique car - you'd probably never see a car like it, and it'd draw attention.

very nice looking I've always liked the 300sl I hope they make a good replica for production.
