It reminds me that sequence when Al Pacino drove one like this in scent of a woman.

I am a Ferrari nut, but I think that the mondial has been a big mistake in Ferrari's history. It doesn't even deserve the Ferrari badge. Look at cars like the 288 GTO or also the 308, they were much better looking.

Thanks for the pics. I like it, well because it is a Ferrari. I wouldn't say "no thanks" if somebody gave it to me!

Some info about the Mondial. The T was made from 1989 to 1993. It has a V8 making 300bhp and weighs 3461 lbs. It was also sold in a coupe. Here is a pic of the coupe model -
There were just 1010 Mondial t Cabriolet's made, and 840 Mondial t Coupe's made.

It was also the first ferrari that got the semi-authomatic gearbox as an option......once ferrari was the first formula 1 team who used the sequential gearbox, ferrari staff thought to get a semi automatic gearbox option for the mondial as a marketing exhibition although the gearbox was a complete failure as far as i know..........porsche was one first brands to introduce a semi authomatic gearbox with the tiptronic also

I think it was a strange move in Ferrari, as the one with the Mercs CLS while having the S-Class. But... it will always be a genuine Ferrari. I think there are worse Ferraris than this one... the F512M for instance.

It has no turbo. "The lower case t in the suffix referred to a new transversely mounted gearbox, the use of which allowed the engine to be mounted lower, consequently improving both handling and weight distribution. There was also a heavily revised engine now positioned longitudinally in the chassis (all previous Mondial's having had their powerplants mounted transversely)."
