It's also for Paris, but don't make 500bhp.
It has a fuel cell engine.
Power continual 2,5kW max.7kW
Topspeed of 110Km/h
Acel. 0-50km/h in 6,5sec.

Don't know, but I believe not, at least the engine(it works with fuel cell).
