Should (King) Schumi stop after this year???
This isn't meant disrespectfull in any way, I have great respect for Micheal but I think that after winning 7 titles the time has come to stop and give the next generation a chance, what do you think

As much as I find the Micheal Schumacher show boring, I wouldn't want him retiring. It would be fun seeing him fall from grace...

Even if i find boring the fact that he wins every race, he is obviously at the top and i think he can race one or two years more.

Hell no. He's still dominating the sport, why should he stop. That's LIFE for him, racing is his everything (other than his family). I think he's still good for the sport, I want to see next season how Kimi, Montoya, Webber and Button challenge him.
You wouldn't expect Bill Gate to give up world domination now do u? LOL
I don't think he's good for the buisness (as he's crushing the small ones) and that I don't see anytime soon anyone gonna challenge him...<sigh>
Hey evoWALO, very nice banner u got there.

Now look guys, I think that he is good for the sport aswell and of course, ok maybe he should go on, but the thing is you see guys I can't stand it that at the end of (nearly) every race its him again winning it, on one site I think good of and for him but on the other site I think Why him again, see my point
I also see your guys point, yes it is always nice to see the duels between him and others and I think that next year should be interesting, INCLUDING SCHUMI
So yes I give in and you have changed my mind, he should stay
Thanks for pointing me out there guys

Put Villeneuve in Barichello's car and Schumi won't see #8 but that's like asking for a miracle... The Senna/Prost/McLaren was and never will be again sadly.

why should he stop? if he still enjoys racing and really loves it, then he should continue on doing so for as long as he pleases.

I hope you are joking, because JV is past it in my opinion.
I think Schumi should keep going as long as he enjoys it, which he obviously still is judging by his reactions after winning races.

Why should the best retire???
If anything the looses should retire and let others try and beat him...(this applies to the older drivers in the field)

He should retire whenever he feels like it himself. I hope he continues for many years.
Well, yesterday my MS "six times" caps went out of date
(Corinna Schumacher right after last years title was secured)

Ferrari should replace Barichello, and put some other young driver in the second car. imo... Some one with no respect for Schumacher. One could at least expect more in-house competition....
or Schumacher should join a different team. How about Minardi... Now their is a challenge

schumi can drive all he wants, the F1 directors need to instate rules to make the teams more even. Ferrari has far and away the best car and best crews and the others just cant keep up. Hopefully the new rules being considering will even the field.

Going Michael Schumacher to minardi it will improve a lot, i think that he is the most proper person to make a team the most efficient....he doesnt have to demostrate anything going to a bad team though....once he went to ferrari when he has driving for benetton and the benetton was the bes team in that moment, whereas the ferrari was a non efficient team(in fact the contraction of schumacher seemed a very crazy idea in that moment).....about the fact that Jacques Villeneuve should return to a powerful formula 1 team.......i think that he is past also, once the last year he was beaten by Jenson Button so far, and he did have enough time to make efficient the BAR and he didnt........the fact that Barrichelo doesnt get on trouble Michael Schumacher on race, its just a cuestion of the ferrari contract that Barrichelo has and the ferrari general policy, for instance Eddie Irvine was in the same situation as well when he drove in ferrari except when Michael Schumacher had the accident in Silverstone

I think that Schumacher should retire while he is still the King. Imagine that the next year is McLaren's year again...or maybe Williams' year...or BAR's or Renault's. I mean, imagine that the next year Schumacher in NOT the champion. Maybe then you would think that he should had retire himself in the end of this season.
He is already a living legend, he doesn't need to prove anything to anyone anymore, 5 consecutive Championships are the evidence that there hasn't been a single pilot who could match Schumacher in Formula1 lately. But as I see teams like BAR and Renault becoming stronger and stronger every season, every race, I think that, in the future, Schumacher can be defeated.
I would like to see Schumacher retire while he is still the king...it would be the perfect end to a perfect career!
