Thanks mindgam...that means a lot to me...nice that you decided to put your business their way...I am sure they wont let you down.

I feel your pain in waiting for it now...I got mine just before Xmas eve...and it was very tight towards the end indeed.

Hope you will get some pleasure from seeing me having to sweat it out here :

That's heavy stuff for a laptop. Guess they can disable the uni server and use your comp instead...

lol, well i need power and useability over portability, but i need to go places with it every so often so thats why I chose a "desktop" spec laptop. Downsides are its fairly heavy and a bit bulky, but the katana seems fairly slim competitor considering the power and features it has. Plus with a 17" screen it never was going to be that small anyway

congrats! Thats sweet computer you have there...I wish I could have gotten a comp from Savrow, but the exchange rate right now is pretty bad making them extremely expensive if you live in the U.S. - they are expensive anyway..but the exchange rate makes it worse..

Yeah, my rents said the exchange rate was great when they went over to the states Guess we can't have it both ways

They are fairly expensive though, but you get what you pay for and no other computer company offers the level of service as savrow. Alienware are probably the only make that comes close in terms of perfromance but i've heard their service and build quality are complete shite

Savrow offer a very personal service....they enjoy what they do...every PC is special to them and in someway unique....Alienware are a bit to much of a "production" PC to me....

BTW I have Plutonium 007...and as far as I know....its the only quad monitor Plutonium so far in piano black.
