Just got back from the Historics. Holy mother of god.......
just got back. unbelievable. i have over 100 pictures and video. jawdropping stuff. im talking twin turbod Diablos, super ultra rare ferraris, (P3 anyone?), crashed F1 cars on Laguna Seca (first and probably LAST time F1 cars allowed on the track), the brand new F1 car lapping Laguna Seca in probably 1 minute flat, and then WHAILING on the rev limiter.
one of the many highlights besides the multiple enzos, challenges, challenge GT cars racing at the same time was the F50 GT CAR!!!!!!!!!! chassis #1. i have full vid and pics just gotta get everythng together.
it really does pay to have a friend in the Ferrar Club of America and also have 2 carsa in the challenge series.
BTW, the first publicly sold Enzo was auctioned off the other night for $1.1M. that was right after a 1969 Camaro Trans Am car and right before a GT3 RS Race car.
i also have vid of the new Chrysler 1000hp car lapping laguna.
i really want the thread to get stickyd in the Car Gallery just simply because there is soooooo much amazing stuff that there arent many pictures of, let alone video!!!!
i know you guys will go nuts over this stuff. mclaren, s7s, every single ferrari imaginable(were over 550 this year at the concours, largest single event in the world EVER), lambos, you name it. fucking amazing bros.

photobucket isnt working, where can i upload say........a few pics of a Mclaren, an Enzo and my friends Spyder with F50 brakes, tubi and HRE chromes wheels with Ferrari inserts?
and this is for good faith before i get the ultimate goods up.
i was inches away from 1 of 3 F50 GT cars in the history of man. it was like mass was taking place in front of me.

its kinda sad, i saw over 5 enzos, and got kinda bored seeing them....i know i know, i never thought i would ever say that. but when you see 3 in a row, they just arent as special.
here are a few pics, ill get the rest up tomorrow.
i have a lot of vid, its not ultra clean as i used my regular digital camera and not a vid camera, but the unmistakable sound of an F1 engine is awesome!

daytona was there, i dont have a pic tho.
up for auction was a 1998 gt-3 viper. was amazing, went for only $35 grand.
guys i couldnt take pictures of 4 days, i went to multiple auctions, saw Gonzalezs 212 Ferrari get auctioned off, saw Carrolll Shelby auction off almost 7 ACs in a row, including the very first 289 2004 cobra, chassis #1.
went for less than $60k
