In Spain we have some different groups of police organizations.....for instance the police group which has the jurisdiction of the whole spain(called Guardia Civil) has got the Citroen Xantia Activa V6, the pug 406V6, and the old nissan Primera GT as their most powerful and sportive cars for controlling traffic chases, whereas the Ertzaintza, as i mentioned in another topic by accident, the police group which its jurisdiction is limited to the Basque Country, has got the Renault 21 Turbo quadra, and the Citroen Xantia Activa V6 for their chasing

Here (in Texas) I've seen Chevy Camaro SS's as pursuit cars.
In France I've seen the Gendarmerie using a Renault 21 Turbo on the motorways/interstates.
In the UK it's Rover Sterlings (although these are probably getting a bit old for use now), the Vauxhall Omega, Range Rover. EDIT: and T5 Volvos (the post above reminded me!)

There's a Z06 Corvette police car and a Lotus Esprit V8 Turbo that is usually brought out for the Woodward Dream Cruise if nothing else.
