Default need CATIA V5 tutorial

As you have read in the subject, I'm currently looking for the catia 5 tutorial. I have looked for it for a while and in my quest haven't found a thing
I learned the basics of version 4.something, based on unix systems if I'm not wrong, and the new version is very different and I don't have a clue of doing something besides closing the program

If anyone of you JW's engineer members have the tutorial or a dummy guide, I'll thank you a lot, but a LOT.
The main reason of keeping up with the new version is $$$, I have a promised job for next year, but they use catia v5, and the difference between knowing it is 500usdollars

if anyone can help me...

I was forgetting this: it's CATIA V5 R7

Yes, I do have a working version... the features I have used (almost none )
unfortunately bookstores in my area don't carry any guide of this topic, and in my school's library they only have guides for catia 4
