Default Masters of Formula 3 (56K beware!!!)

I was at Zandvoort last weekend, for the Marlboro Masters of Formula 3. This is, together with Macao, the most important F3 race in the world. All the fast F3 drivers from different championships come together at this event. Some past winners are David Coulthard (1991), Pedro Lamy (1992), Jos Verstappen (1993), Giancarlo Fisichella (1994), Tom Coronel (1997), Takuma Sato (2001) and Christian Klien (2003). There are also lots of great demonstrations, this year John Bosch took 5 of his(!) F1 cars to Zandvoort. He invited Jan Lammers, Rene Arnoux and Jacky Ickx to drive these cars at the track. John Bosch took a F1-2002, F1-2001, F1-2000, F399 and a 412 T2 Zandvoort.

I won a contest, 2 VIP tickets and a co-drive in a 360 Modena Challenge with John Bosch. That co-drive was marvelous, John Bosch drove really fast.

Some Pictures:

Formula Renault 2000 with great Kumho pit-crew

Formula 3 with also a great pit-crew

BMW M3 GTR

F3 in the pit, only one shock absorber at the front!

412 T2 and an ENZO. The 412 is the last F1 car with a V12, this was this weekends spare car.

F399 in the front (ex Irvine) F1-2000 behind it and a F1-2001 at the right back (both ex Schumacher). Sadly the sun was shining at the moment of the pitwalk….

F1-2002, ex Schumacher

Jacky Ickx in the F399

Jan Lammers in the F1-2000

John Bosch in the F1-2002

Rene Arnoux in the F1-2000

The 360 Modena Challenge

That’s me in the 360.

The Enzo drove 2 laps, with the dutch premier as co-driver

that's because imagestation doesn't allow direct linking...if you posted a link to an album with a pw, we could all go see them.
