Its a good car and also great im sure of that
but the front is very uglyyyyyy [but when the mainlights got out.. its nice!]

The 8 series always tried to beat the Merc SL, but could never do it. I´m not a very big fan of it, but thanks for the link mate

Hmm, I'd say the 8 series handily beat the SL...think about when the 8 series came out mate, and you can't compare the SL55 to the 850CSi...the SL55 is much much newer (not saying you are comparing them, but if you are...). Even so, I still think an 8 series is better than a brand new SL, ///M will always beat AMG IMO. That ///M V12 in the Bimmer is miles ahead of the V8 or the V12 in the old SL, and how can you argue with a manual transmission?!

oh plz not another Merc vs. BMW. plz don't start again, both have their weak points and high points, i'm sure most ppl would love either machine.

Totally I like both German brands.
And the video of the coin balancing is amazaingly impressive.

Nice website. . . still a pretty good looking car after all these years.

The interior looks surprisingly up to date. Doesn't look old at all. Reminiscing of the NSX's interior.

i liked the videos of the headlight cleaning system, the emergencey braking at 155miles an hour

and that coin on the running engine, such a smooth idle!
