great car, but he said 200.000 australian dollar??? how much would it be on american money. let me get my calculator. but now Merc and Audi have to come with something else, like E65 amg. i love this power war the germans are having.

mate don't worry about converting your dollars it wont work out to what you guys pay
for reference, a non-optioned E46 m3 (current model), is about $145,000.
we trade with the US $ at around .70 at the moment. you guys in the states arn't paying about $100,000 for one though, are you?

If $89000 for an Audi RS6 is reasonable and a SL600 twin turbo actually wears a $130k+ tag, then $100K for this M5 should be called a "Bargin".
