If I remember correctly, that apartment was for sale about 3 or 4 years ago. I guess he wasn't able to sell it for his asking price then.

Interesting, but I think it would grow old very very quickly.
I can't imagine how many nonfunctional gizmos and gaggets
that appartment must have. Like someone has already hinted,
it's a rice home for geeks.

For $1m you could you could buy one heck of a mediterranean
style pad. 8)

I'd buy it if I had the means... I think it'd be pretty sweet to :

1.) Smoke up in
2.) have sex in
3.) party in
4.) Haloween would be awesome

Too bad most Trekees are damn fugly... cool to have anyways though
