Spyware
I dont want to beat a dead horse or anything...I know a lot of people bring up spy ware a lot...but I was wondering if anyone cant tell me the best way to get rid of all the pop ups and get my machine running right again...I have spy bot search and destroy and that obviously is not doing the job..(I also have norton anti-virus) does anyone have any suggestions?

A good browser is Mozilla or Opera with the built in pop-up blocker.... or download Google Toolbar for IE6

the yahoo companion toolbar for the IE browser helps eliminate pop ups. i know would know cause I use it.

try using ad-aware 6.0 from lavasoft. works well for me. and best of all, it's free.

dont forget to update it too!!! haha my friends are dumb and always use it without updating it and they wonder why sucks so much.
