Default Ixo is going bananas! Ferrari galore...

Ixo has big plans for a range of Ferraris in 1/43! I don't know how many years it will take them to complete this list, but I don't care. As long as they do it!

Last saturday I saw the first two models of this series: the Enzo and the 288 GTO. Quality is comparable to Minichamps and prices are very reasonable. This is gonna be good...

Marvellous to know some licenses finally went to IXO.. I saw the Enzo and 288 too, I was about to buy the 288 then went for something else.. The Enzo actually was pretty close to a Red Line like the one I have, and when you se them side by side, you wonder if you would pay more than 5 bucks for the IXO but in isolation it ain't half bad, and it's cheap afterall
I am interested in many of these cars anyway!

That would be nice (for me) if they were 1:18
I have also just found out that Exoto make a 1:18 Enzo, it costs $US 240

http://www02.exoto.com/Cashier/index...asp&Model1=115

has anyone seen the model in person yet?
They also make a Vanquish and apparently an F50 is on the way

Looks like the proper size to me...

For the money they're asking for these models, I think the quality is excellent.
I have one Ixo model of a Countach that I'm very satisfied with.

Has anyone seen these new models from close?

I went at IXO site, and they have created a special section about their Ferrari line. They say that they will have many photoetched parts, new micromoulding techniques, and hand finished decoration... These things can be found only in handbuild models... Im really interested to see them from close.

I have seen the Enzo and 288 GTO and they look very good. It's no BBR of course, but then again, it doesn't cost nearly as much.

I don't think it's even possible for Ixo to release them all at the same time. It'll probably take a couple of years. Even if they could do it within a year, they would know they're missing out on profit, because, like you and me, most people don't buy twenty or thirty models at one occasion.

Can't wait to find the Modena and Maranello!

I am starving lately! Finally today I got a new one, it almost was IXO's 288 GTO but then it became Minichamps' Merc 300SL gullwings

I need to buy the 288 quickly before IXO will release even more red ladies
