I wanted more and tried some but it was getting too dark, so instead we decided to head back down to the water for that sunset shot.

We both really wanted a burnout shot but it was just too late, shame really.....

beautiful car - yes, I can describe the car, but describe the photography? no, I can't!!! it's gorgeous, great, awsome... you were just on the right place in the right time with the right car :good:

when I saw this car first time in front of MB dealer, I didn't like it at all, I said to my self WTF merc made? and now, when I see black CLS55, I can't be disturbed by anything and I have just to drool at the car lol

thanx dingo, these pics are high pro, you should think about your photo skills!!!

Obviously a Lambo or Ferrari is something quite different and I don't think they could "easily" be compared to a Mercedes Sedan (even if the Sedan in question is a coupe with 4 seats). The F and L cars are just way sportier

I'd take the CLS over the F and L cars if I wanted to "just" drive around with family and friends. If I had a Ferrari or a Lambo, I'd much prefer to have one with 2 seats (not to say a Scaglietti isn't bad, but I wouldn't want to torture anyone by making them sit in the back seat of such a car ).

I wasn't really trying to say that it should compete against Ferrari or Lambo, I just used them as an example as they're the cars I have had most seat time in.

Someone give me a BMW, Jag or Audi and I'll talk some more.

The pics are not great, not awesome, nor terrific, they ar just mind-blowingly superb!!! The light, the composition, the quality, just perfection! If I wouldn't have the brochure of the car at home, I would have said you stole them out of it and put your logo on them Really, they are so good! IMO the best photoshoot you ever did!

This is as it is for many other my favourite pic:

But these two came very close as well:
