Although I've never been one to defend Japanese cars (I've never been a fan), and even though I don't fancy the thought of a boy-racer wing either, I must admit that that the wing isn't useless. Nor should a stock Evo be considered rice.
It's a rally car, just like the STI, both of which would match some of the fastest euro cars out there in a 0-60 sprint, and probably dust them in the corners thanks to their rally-bred 4WD systems, except that these cost only a third of the price.
You have to admit, there is some serious appeal in something that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, can carry four adults, their luggage, and piss off the driver in the M6.

the rear looks like like Seat, side like BMW and Acura, the front looks like a modified Acura TL by some trash tunner.
And inside... no comment.
I don't like it

I agree with you in every single word you've writen ... but I was talking about the wow factor of the BMW against the Evo, which most people (non can enthusiast) consider it's a rice cheap sedan... What I wanted to say is that a M3 can't be compared with a Lancer Evo, the same way a M3 can't be compared with a F430
|
Well, yes. That's what you pay the extra 10 grand for.
Or in the F430's case... the extra 80 grand.
