lol wow, thats some of the weirdest police chase footage I've ever seen. His getaway couldve been so much easier if he just stopped doing donuts around the cops.

It was a staged event, in that his buddy was waiting for him with a camera to get this footage at this particular overpass.

It would appear that the driver was more concerned about putting on a show for Youtube (knowing that his buddy was taping it) than he was about getting caught .
