Maybe Gordon Murry can get Ground effects allowed back into Prototype class.
& those Dam Chicanes removed off the Mulsanne
There are some that say those back flips were in part related to Ground effects being removed from those cars after group C ended.
But Negative lift is nothing New.
Back in those days of cars like the 908 & early 917 Porsche they also
were almost taking off on the Mulsanne Due to bad Aerodynamics.
Those car were being lifted of the track at high speed.
No wind tunnels back then
But getting back on track its nice to see a Return to the enclosed cockpits
for proto racing.
They always looked better Closer to normal cars & less like one off racers.
