Can't answer that question directly - but I suspect RC is saying that he rented the cars for the video shoot, that they're not really his. And if that's what he's saying then I agree with him.

You can lease anything if there is profit in the lease payment for the lease provider.

Software, computers, cars, houses, animals ... anything.
