Pagani, have you ever thought about the fact that JW is an English-speaking forum and the majority of the members can't understand Dutch 
Basically the video shows 2 Belgian road-police members doing a mobile speed control and the masculine bitch (on the passenger's seat, if you're wondering which of the two I'm reffering to) is explaining that she gets a big kick out of catching as many speed offenders as possible. In other words, if everyone is keeping to the speed limit like they're supposed to, she has a really bad day.
Then, after a while, the radio station is warning drivers about the actual mobile speed control taking place and Pagani's police girlfriend gets really disappointed because after the radio warning no one is speeding anymore.

Those *****s are everywere just to ruin your day and take your licence :roll: here they are using now stationary camera's so after a while you receive a nice letter that you have no licence anymore and have to pay an insane fine  I hope mine is still valid

In the State of Nevada where people with an I.Q. of 60 get called "college boy" we've got state police cars - fully marked - parked at the side of the road with a dummy in the driver's seat. So basically they make people do the "oh shit!" brake tap until they realize the driver's posture is a little...well...synthetic and then continue on speeding.
