Youknow all those US and European electronics manufacturers with plants in China? The Chinese government has access to and jointly owns all their patents and designs - including military design specs and components.
Thats right folks - that coveted Eurocopter, the Eurofighter and other "proudly European technology" is at this very moment being copied and used to create weapons and other components that will eventually be used to over run the "comfy west"
But - hey, it's ok - cause the "One World Governemtn" says so
