Default Russian air

Since the end of soviet union, russian military are in low budget. We can see that in their navy, just remember the Kurks ( that submarine that sunk), and the low morale of their troops. But ... if there are someone that can make good aircraft .. well thanks to tv and computer games everyone thinks that are the USA but ... they do that thanks to the billions. But even with that billions they can´t make what the russians can make with a loud budget. We saw in a recent post what the swiss have ... very good for a neutral country, we Portugal are in Nato but only have some used F 16 (B models i think) and some Alpha Jets. But my point is ... like in cars i love to see lower price cars kicking some expensive cars "#$.. for example i love to see when in Best Motoring Subarus and Evo put Ferraris and others to shame .. i also like to see what the russians can do against the billions of western hi tec.
Stay well
p.s. Sorry for my english that is crap

I'm just saying that to do great things we don't need a lot of money and name... just need talent. It's like that thing that NASA spend a lot of money to create a pen that works with zero gravity. The russians to resolve the same problem used a simple and cheap pencil. The same or even better result without the hi tec millons. On car ... when i see, for example, a Ferrari beaten by, for a example, a Subaru... a car that cost less that 1/2 of the price .. i just love it

imo the Mig 29 Fulcrum is the best looking fighterjet out there. it looks like a thin piece of metal attached with 2 massive turbines

You mean the biro? I find them rather useful writing implements.

Nice vids, though.

Thanks, and yes, I do agree with you, amazing things they make if you consider the lower costs. One could only imagine if they pumped as much as money as the US in their planes.
