i think problem is with balastic water, its water inside ship which is around boat inside walls, i had before some stuff at school about boat constructing,but i forgot almost everything

Off course the ballast tanks doesnt help if they are half full I doubt hat tough....
But without power they cant control it and it turns away from the weather and it starts to roll like it did in this vid, and without power they cant operate the stabelizing fins that most likely are on this ship.....

Actually there is NO any kind of vehicles inside except shopping cars. It`s cruiseship, no ro-ro type ferry like Estonia was. Or can you see any ports for cardeck?
