It's clear.... i understand more why amrecans GI's aren't liked by the iraqui population ....

From what it seems is they aren't out just on a normal patrol. Normal patrols wouldn't consist of drawing attention by using a horn. They are probably escorting someone or something that can't be risked of being stopped.

I hope it is obvious that they are doing this so they don't have to come to a complete stop.

Yes, coming to a complete stop in a potential combat zone (which in Iraq can basically be anywhere at any time) is a bad thing to do.

when your the one dying in the back of that hummer will see what you think. You dont know why theyre driving like that. Obviously its something urgent. Most ppl figured out to get out of the way. Some people needed to be moved. Any one who thinks this is how they always drive around is an idiot.
