Bumping power 20% from 125hp/l is probably a question of basic upgrades. Even today the weakest stock engines produce 30-40 hp more than quoted and given the 250.000kkm life expectancy of the 16-4 engine there is obviously a large margin to exploit in the design. Which VW Audi turbo engine has failed to support big power upgrades?
you guys do know whats entailed in making the Veyron engine last 250,000 km's right? slightly less then a full engine rebuild every 3000 miles/5000 km...
