well, as for the czech police guys - they're acting like they are the rulers, not protectors of the law. it's like "look, I have the uniform, I can do whatever I want to do and you are criminal". on the other hand, when I was in the uk, I was talking to police guys quite often - at the job and privatelly. and they were always friendly, didn't act like dumb idiots, but always willing to help.. I have respect for US and GB cops, but not for our Czech corupted police at all...
