But we could do it the other way. Post all the members with over 1000 posts who haven't donated yet... that should encourage them to do so if people start to know the real lurkers

The other idea could be to introduce a yearly subscription fee of $1 for the forums. This could put off good new members from joining though.

I'd agree with yearly prepay for vids via fasttrack for all of us - monthly pay(5ł or so) or 3 months(10ł or so) or a yearly subscription (30-50ł) or something like that. Dont know if you would like that idea Jabba.
