Should be an interesting case, and I hope that all the people guilty of this heinous crime and found given the fullest punishment possible!

Cases based on circumstantial evidence are always tricky. But juries tend not to like acquitting people. I would expect this to go to an appeal, where judges tend not to like to fiddle around and overturn a conviction unless some heinous miscarriage of justice has been done.
