Grand Prix: Frankenheimer's classic

I just watched this movie, and this is one of the very few I've ever seen that not only is the movie tremendously enjoyable, but each and every special feature is spectacular!

5/5 or 10/10 whatever, its great!

The thing that pisses me off the most about today's movies is the ridiculous number of gearchanges - the worst offender must be Driven. The dudes are supposedly going flat out in the straight and then one of them shifts down a gear and rockets on ahead - all this while at top speed. Frikkin morons.

I saw a VHS copy of Grand Prix about 8 years back I believe and the DVD was amazing to see all the action again.

The only thing that pisses me off in Grand Prix is that the bastards keep playing the same theme music over and over again. What sounds great in the beginning of the movie gets really annoying towards the end. I wish had a music off version of the DVD

Francoise Hardy and Jessica Walter were really beautiful too .
