Always great to see a big family sedan on a track. The sound is just amazing.

I don't think I'd be able to afford new tires every month a long with the price of the cars though

The intro suggests that the CSL was not on R tires since the M5 is specifically noted to be on Cup tires while the CSL does not note that?

The power of the M5 is evident on the straights and the weight, evidence in the turns.

The E60 M5 has the following modications:
* KW Competition suspension
* Recaro seats
* Michelin Cup tires 265 & 305 x19

The CSL has the following modifications:
* Intrax suspension
* Michelin Cup tires 265 & 265 x19

Strange that they would have skipped that in the intro. Was the poster at M5Board the people that actually ran the cars? Might be misinformation otherwise?
