Yes it is the updated 06 model, not an SE though (obviously).

I just double checked the Lambo web site, and as I remember from the mags, it is the '06 SE and spyder that have the updates (i.e. 520 hp and shorter gearing). This will not be carried through to the standard car until '07, if I'm not mistaken.
What is interesting in this clip though, is that they refer to it simply as a Gallardo (i.e. not SE, and it obviously wasn't missing its roof...), yet they said it had 520 hp
