However, I'm more worried about the interior holding up, because a seat that has experienced 30 odd years of passengers, won't hold up easily. Leather can only last so long :\
It's not as if seats cannot easily be replaced.

The driver of the Greek MB was given a brand new CLK or C class if I recall correctly.

Mattk: obviously, but in a similar vein, one can rebuild the engine, tranny, etc... so is it still a "million mile/km" car once you do that?
