Yes, I said in another thread (maybe another site, I forget) that Europe has had a particularly hard winter this year.

It's great if you can take advantage of it (mountains) but it's pretty miserable in England, just delays everyone.

My parents went to South Wales yesterday and it had snowed there Saturday night. A rare occurence for mid-March.
