Default Dec 22 - Ferrari 550 (3x), Lamborghini Diablo, SL55, E55...

So, needless to say we are looking at pics dating back from the first half of this year, April.. and sort of a grey 550 update this one three different ones :good:

Click any preview to be taken to the full 20 high-res pics update

First, with the lovely Barchetta wheels

Second, badly placed, but still a sexy car

And third, an almost miss, sorry

Always classy

Pretty rare to spot white SL55.. this lady actually uses her one kinda often, but rarely got it in picture

Finally the first pics I took of Andre's lambo (same owner as the yellow 6.0), more will follow in the next update of course

Dang, back then to spot a 997 was still rare! This one is from a rental in Geneva, barely had the time to leave the road, lower the window and shoot

I almost stopped shooting Cayennes, even back then, but well, when it has some mods it can be interesting and this one was kinda cool.. low, big wheels, aftermarket (loud) exhaust. Since then it got a new front bumper, Gemballa I think, but always manages to escape me

Enjoy and thanks for looking!

That Diablo is horrible :x But the Cayenne Turbo looks really cool

Just a question TT: Why do you post "old" pics instead of posting pics from the last weeks. IMO it would be more interesting to see fresh sightings.... but I'm pretty sure you have a good reason for that

 Three 550's in a day!! Damn you rich Swiss people (sorry mum and dad).

Awesome update dude, I love the commitment on the shots taken throught the passenger side of the car. :good:

My thoughts on the Diablo are probably obvious, on the other hand I think the SL55 is stunning in white!

some people have a handfree-installation for the mobile phone... I guess you have your camera mounted on the dashboard with an arm to bring the camera to the sidewindow while driving

nice set of Porsches again! GT2 and Cayenne Turbo
3 550 , the one close to the lake is the best 8)

HAHA, funny how nobody likes the Affolter Diablo same here. Sadly be warned there are more pics of this one as long as his other GTR :bah:

It is simple: the website HAS to be alive, I really want to have regular updates every 5 days as I do now (with the exception of meetings and such). To do so, there is only a way: to build a big, solid stock of pictures from which I can drain the needed pics.
Actually I don't always have time to hunt for cars, and if I should post pics only when I have them, you'll end with with maybe a big update every now and then, and in some moments like winter they will be spaced and full of pretty boring cars.
I now have around 1500 pictures in the upload queue, which gives me a good margin and this way I am not forced to shoot every possible car in winter but only worthy ones
Obviously it sucks in some way because "new" cars are posted on my website several months after I first saw them, but I need to accept it as it's really the only way to keep a lively website

Nope, they were leaving, I just had time to stop my car behind them, shoot an run.

I love the 550s.... the one that you almost missed turned into a pretty good picture too

The Cayenne looks good too - a Gembella tuned Cayenne blew past me in London the other day, and boy was it loud

I'm pretty sure i prefer the 6.0 Diablo to that green monster. Its a bit of a wild looking car, but looks more kit-car than supercar :bah:

GT2 is definitely a rare sighting.

Looks like there were a lot 550 bargain sales to do that day Having three 550 regular street sightings in one day is just sick! I don't like the Affoltered Lambo as most people. And it's strange to see the 996 GT2 has a US-spec rear bumper. Edit: never mind, I just saw it also has Dubai license plates
