I think you slightly misunderstood what I was attempting to say RC45. The point I was trying to make is that the Vette is not a car that is designed to produce huge amounts of downforce. This is born out by the massive top speeds that many people are experiencing from these cars. I was not trying to have a go at the car. What they have done with it is certainly very impressive, particularly when the price is considered.

By comparison with a Carrera GT I was trying to make the point that this car has more of a downforce oriented design. Hence the relatively low top speed.

The point I was hence trying to make is that the driver would be more aware of the tremendous amount of grip available to him and so less worried by the possibility of needing to use some of this if the car did not respond exactly as he would like through a corner.

Well given that its hearsay and you dont have it from the driver. It could mean anything a statement like that out of context and without audible tone for conotation can mean alot.

You ever heard of fast really fast and just plain stupid fast? It could really mean anything. The c6 z06 sounds really excellent though, i nearly creamed the first time i heard it in person
