When the driver fails to admit that the "car got away from him" then it is is not only ok to judge - but expected...
You have to be a rather blockheaded marooon to NOT figure out that just getting on the gas with cold tyres and 500hp is not a wise move
He then goes on to blame the AH system for NOT saving his arse.
My car has abotu 420hp to the crank and in 50 degree F weather (as it is now) will spin the tyres on the 3rd to 4th shift at 90mph if I want to gas it.
30mph in 1st, 2nd, 3rd or even 4th gear in
my car will spin the tyres and put me sidewaysin 50 degree weather - this goon is expecting the AH to save his arse with 500hp and cold tyres and road (not to mention the 50 degree weatehr probably gives the motor an extra 15hp with the cool dense air

) - that alone is a clue that he is a little out of his depth to start with
