I honestly can't remember a better or more competitive friendly in my lifetime. Great match, although argueably a draw would have been a fairer result i thought both teams played quality entertaining football that was exciting for the fans. Some suspect defending from england particularly but really was a top game none the less. I've stopped going out for england friendlies recently, they have been so embarassingly poor of late, but this may start me going again!!

anyway, congrats for some winnig (finally)
atleast we won our group but seriously both teams played really good attacking football, defensively neither were brillaint. However I think this showed how dependent on the god known as Mr Rooney we are. He just inspires the whole team when he is on form. Glad the cheats weren't able to wind him up either
