Fairly good moves, but have you noticed that all fights end up on the floor ina real fight, so better practice your grappling skills as well.

^^yes, that's why in my opinion karate and kung fu and tae kwon do and such are all pretty useless

^^^ martial arts also include on the floor training, especially Shotokan Karate.
and a fight ends up on the floor only if the fighters don't know what they're doing.

Apparently you've never watched a UFC match. Basically all fights between equal combatants end on the floor. The people with wrestling type backgrounds and a minimal of martial arts do really good. In general most of the martial arts are pretty poor on the ground(with some exceptions as stated above). If you can't do both you will get your tail kicked by someone who can, even if they know less martial arts.
