Default ESX STi

http://www.esxmotorsports.com/limited.htm

I saw one of these yesterday in Manhattan Beach. It looked pretty sweet.

Have any of you guys ever heard of them before?

I know that ESX STi exists, but I never saw one of them. I don't find very beautiful the white stripes on the car... It's not very suitable for a STI.

On the other hand this Scooby is definitively very powerful in Track Spec version (425hp).

I liked it... besides the color, I noticed that the badges were missing, so I had to find out what it was all about.

In the latest issue of "Speed" magazine, there is an article on Easy Street and it's owner Ali Afshar who is also an actor, and married to a model. Apparently the car's arn't much quicker at all than stock.

Whoa, I actually think that thing looks really cool! Maybe it's just the sunshine though, it tends to make red cars look cooler than they might be.

That's interesting that even with that much of a power boost it doesn't increase it's performance more. Probably because the impreza is very much 'analogue', with the engineers striving for mechanical efficiency and weight distribution. So, if you change the engine, probably have to redesign the entire car to make it handle as well as the original. Wheras an Evo is 'digital' so the 400 bhp versions do show quite a bit of improvement over the 340 bhp ones

ESX offers several add on packages for your wrx or sti, they also have the faster, or one of the fastest street legal street tire subys in the US (runs 9s)

the upper level packages are the 750 and 900 packages, but they offer some more packages that are lower spec, and some are available from a very few dealers installed....

pretty cool

I think the STi in that arrest me red is nice. Has anyone ever since the red that Subaru Impreza WRX STi Spec C comes in? That's what this kind of red is like, but with out the metallic gold flakes in the JDM Spec C....As for performace, I would rather take a Spec C, not bad though because word is these are hard to modify and get good numbers.

Meh, no dyno chart or info what mods they did. Your better off getting a stock STi and fitting a IHI VF 37 twin scroll turbo, rather than what I suspect they did is wack on a unknown largo turbo to get large numbers.

Plus it'll looks less stupid, GTS strips on a Jap car
