Please Help me!!! possible virus...
this started yesterday I get this little fucking error message popping up in the lower right hand corner with an error message and now everytime I use the mouse to move it or click a button I get a little dong dong sound.
The message is; ERROR 01804225: The service cannot accept contorl messages at this time. :$ I tried putting it in google and got nothing, I ran 2 different antivirus programs and spyware programs and came up wth nothing.
Do you think it is a virus or an actual problem?

Did you do a virus check in Safe Mode? Try that next.

Try doing a system restore, pretty simple and sometimes clears the problem up nicely.
If you're unsure how to do it just press f1 on the keyboard (for help) and there is a direct link to it (for windows xp sp2)

Do you by any chance use Windows 2000, firefox, or run some kind of server off your machine?

Win XP SP2 and Firefox but I haven't had the problem in about a week so whatever I did worked.
